We had great fun selecting the wine list for PF McCarthys. Our 1st objective was to keep our menu small,
to do this each wine on the list need to cover a varied palate. We agreed on 5 groups for btoh white
and red and then set out finding quirky, honest and reasonable wines to suit. We found, after pain
stacking hours of drinking, these classics. Our thanks to John from classic drinks for putting uo
with our fussy-ness, and for gone to the lenght and breath of the world to source our wines.
Check out our seasonal wines by the glass also. We are presently serving a sumptous French Merlot and
one of the most refreshig crisp French Sauvignon for the summer. Enjoy!!
